These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BizMusic.ai website, platform and related services. By accessing or using BizMusic.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BizMusic.ai website, platform and related services.

By accessing or using BizMusic.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

BizMusic provides a browser-based music streaming platform designed specifically for commercial environments.

The Service may include:

  • Access to the BizMusic music catalog
  • Music channels and playlists
  • Commercial music streaming
  • Custom audio spot functionality
  • Licensing certificates
  • Account management tools

BizMusic is intended for business and commercial use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.

By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Business Location Licensing

Each BizMusic subscription covers a single business location unless otherwise stated.

If music is played at multiple locations, a separate subscription must be maintained for each location.

5. Free Trial

BizMusic may offer a free trial period.

Free trial availability, duration and eligibility requirements may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

BizMusic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any free trial that is abused, manipulated or used fraudulently.

6. Subscription Plans

BizMusic offers recurring subscription plans, including monthly and yearly options.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through your selected payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel a subscription before renewal if they do not wish to continue using the Service.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Viva

By using these services, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.

BizMusic does not store complete payment card information.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate access to streamed content, subscription fees are non-refundable.

No refunds, partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused subscription periods.

Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law.

9. Licensing

BizMusic provides access to the BizMusic catalog under licensing arrangements maintained by BizMusic and its catalog licensing partners.

Licensing coverage applies solely to the BizMusic catalog and does not extend to any third-party content not provided through the Service.

Active Subscription Requirement

IMPORTANT: Licensing coverage and the right to use the BizMusic catalog apply only while an active paid BizMusic subscription is maintained for the registered business location.

Upon cancellation, expiration, suspension or termination of a subscription, all licensing coverage, permissions and rights granted through the BizMusic service immediately cease.

Businesses must discontinue use of the BizMusic catalog immediately upon termination of their active subscription.

10. Licensing Certificates

Businesses with an active paid subscription may receive a Licensing Certificate for their registered business location.

The certificate confirms active subscription status and may be presented as proof of participation in the BizMusic service.

A Licensing Certificate does not extend, replace or continue licensing coverage after a subscription has expired, been cancelled or otherwise terminated.

11. Custom Audio Spots

Users may upload their own audio messages, announcements, advertisements or promotional content.

Users are solely responsible for all content they upload.

Uploaded content must not:

  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Infringe third-party rights
  • Contain unlawful content
  • Contain harmful, abusive or malicious material
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

BizMusic reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Circumvent subscription restrictions
  • Redistribute, sublicense or resell the Service
  • Reverse engineer, copy or exploit the platform
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt unauthorized access to BizMusic systems

BizMusic may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Service Availability

BizMusic strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet outages or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect availability.

BizMusic shall not be liable for temporary interruptions of service.

14. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in the BizMusic platform, website, software, branding, content and related materials remain the exclusive property of Teer Group LLC or its licensors.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, no part of the Service may be copied, modified, distributed or reproduced without prior written consent.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teer Group LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions

The total liability of Teer Group LLC arising from any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the claim.

16. Termination

Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current subscription period.

BizMusic may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

17. Changes to the Service

BizMusic reserves the right to modify, update, improve, limit or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify customers of significant changes where appropriate.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, United States.
